Ms. Manal Sbeity has been actively involved in nursing education, holding positions such as Head of Nursing Department and Nursing Instructor at Al Rassoul Al Aazam University.

She has played a key role in curriculum development for new majors, including Midwifery, Anesthesia, and Respiratory Therapy.

Ms. Sbeity has also received training at Shiraz University in the areas of social and mental health, addiction prevention, and treatment.

During 2017–2018, she contributed to the initiatives of Tempus, the Advanced Training and Lifelong Learning program in Applied Health Sciences.

In 2016, she served as a trainer in nursing care in Iraq, showcasing her dedication to enhancing nursing practices.
