Our Vision:
By the end of the academic year 2027-2028, the Faculty of Education at Al Maaref University aspires, with the help of Allah, to stand out as a distinguished model in teacher preparation. FED is committed to cultivating a specialized and expert staff across all educational science fields. Concurrently, the faculty is actively building robust connections with various educational institutions, finalizing the development of its cutting-edge laboratories and library (both physical and electronic), and actively participating in specialized educational journals and websites.
Furthermore, the faculty aims to fortify its bonds with other education faculties and educational research centers, both within Lebanon and internationally.
To sum up, FED's vision is to provide outstanding education while forging sustainable partnerships that solidify its role as a leading authority in the field of education.

Teaching System:
- The academic year is divided into two main semesters: Fall and Spring, each lasting about 4 months. Additionally, there is a Summer semester which spans 8 weeks.
- The academic system follows the American credit system, with a total of 99 credits for a Bachelor's degree and 27 credits for a Diploma.
- The courses range from 1 to 4 credits per course, with each credit covering 15 instructional hours.
Teaching Methodologies and Curriculum Plan:
- The educational methodology revolves around the active engagement of the student in the classroom.
- Student-centered approach.
- The curriculum is built on both theoretical and practical courses.
