Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees oversees the university's operations to ensure the fulfillment of its mission and objectives, maintain academic standards, preserve the university's independence and continuity, and safeguard the interests of students, faculty, and staff. The Board also oversees the university's scientific, educational, research, and technological directions, and makes final decisions on fundamental academic, administrative, technical, and financial matters.

The term of the Board of Trustees is three years, renewable. It meets every six months at the invitation of its chairperson, and a quorum requires the presence of an absolute majority of members.

The Board of Trustees is chaired by Professor Dr. Ali Zeitoun.
