Strategic Plan 2022–2027
The University believes in the importance of planning as a foundation for success and continuous development—particularly strategic planning, which emerges from the University’s values and mission to define its vision and strategic priorities within an integrated framework that connects all its components, strengthens productive relationships with the surrounding environment, and deepens engagement with local and international universities.
Building on the University’s values and mission, and drawing on the experience of the first planning cycle, the University completed its second strategic planning cycle (2022–2027). Its priorities are as follows:
- Strengthening distinguished academic standards
- Consolidating cultural identity and reinforcing the University’s leading role in cultural grounding and intercultural dialogue
- Enhancing the University’s development and growth
- Investing in, developing, and empowering human resources
- Developing and reinforcing the administrative system in accordance with standards of quality, efficiency, and transparency
- Building and developing the scientific research ecosystem and leveraging it to support societal advancement and empowerment
