Library FAQ

1. Connect to the Internet.
2. Visit the University’s website: www.mu.edu.lb. Click "Library" at the top of the site’s home page, or go directly to library.mu.edu.lb.
3. If you are a student at the University: enter your ID and the password of your university email.
4. If you are a staff member or an instructor at the University: enter your “first name. last name” of your university email and its password.

Just by being a student or instructor at the university, you are already a member of Al-Maaref Library. Present your ID card to the librarian in order to benefit from all the offered services.

Yes, graduate students can benefit from the external circulation service under certain terms that you can find on the “Circulation rules” link.

1. Click on the EBSCO link in the library catalog or access the following link http://search.ebscohost.com/
2. Enter the username and password that you can get from the librarian.

No, the library does not sell books. The University offers the "Book Sale" service for purchasing textbooks.
