  • Overseeing the overall academic performance of the university in collaboration with the deans, and monitoring the educational process to ensure the quality of programs and services provided to students.
  • Overseeing faculty affairs (contracting, promotion, evaluation, etc.) in accordance with approved policies, ensuring the attraction, retention, and continuous development of qualified faculty.
  • Supervising student assessment mechanisms, monitoring exam results, and proposing improvements on a regular basis.
