Procurement and Warehousing

The Procurement and Warehouses Directorate is responsible for securing the necessary supplies and equipment for the efficient and continuous operation of the university, supporting the educational process and ensuring a suitable learning, laboratory, and equipment environment for students and faculty members.

 

Key tasks of the Procurement and Warehouses Directorate:

  • Procuring essential equipment and supplies for facilities, laboratories, and offices according to quality and efficiency standards.
  • Supporting the continuity of academic and administrative work by providing operational needs in a timely manner.
  • Organizing procurement and supply processes to ensure the best value and quality for the university.
  • Managing warehouses and maintaining property and assets in an organized and secure manner.
  • Monitoring the implementation of purchase contracts and dealing with suppliers according to established procedures.
  • Ensuring accurate inventory and documentation to preserve university resources and assets.
