About Us

Despite that Al Maaref University is a newly established higher education institution in Lebanon. The University has a very clear vision sourced by qualified and highly motivated academic, administrative and support personnel who combined multifarious local, regional and international experiences in higher education.

The University takes seriously the quality assurance of education and works on creating leaders and innovative solutions for Lebanon and the Islamic World, and thus participates in enhancing the productive and ethical human role and value in the contemporaneous and future worlds. 

Al Maaref University is a new university that took its licence No. 7265 in 2011 from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. 

The University is a not-for-profit institution.

The University's vision, mission and values pivot around empowering students of different backgrounds and competencies to become prospective leaders equipped with up-to-date knowledge and technical know-how within a system of ethics and social responsibility.
